Sand Cove evening walk

 Sunday evening we were both feeling the need to get out of the house a bit.  We decided a walk would be nice.  Then we decided we wanted more than a neighborhood walk so we drove up to Lower Sand Cove and walked along the old irrigation ditch.  It was a beautiful drive.  We killed two birds with one stone because  have we wanted to drive a rough road to knock some of the mud from our crazy campout off the truck...it worked.  We walked up and down the ditch and pondered the idea of floating it on our kayaks.  Not sure that will happen any time soon, but it did make for a lovely walk and drive that evening.  We have been feeling somewhat cooped up since Paul's knee is still in recovery, but he's doing really well with his PT and did just fine on this walk!
